Fettle is currently available as a free beta product. During this period, no payments are taken and no refunds are required.
This policy is provided to ensure transparency and to outline how refunds will be handled once paid plans or subscriptions are introduced.
2. Free Beta Access
While Fettle is in beta:
There are no fees
There are no subscriptions
There are no charges to refund
You may stop using the service at any time without obligation.
3. Future Paid Plans & Subscriptions
When paid plans or subscriptions become available, this Refund Policy will apply.
Fettle may offer:
Monthly or annual subscriptions
Tiered access to features
Promotional or discounted pricing
Full pricing details will always be shown clearly before purchase.
4. Subscription Billing & Renewal
When paid subscriptions are live:
Subscriptions will renew automatically unless cancelled
You may cancel at any time via your app store or account settings
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
A technical issue prevented access to paid features
A billing error resulted in an incorrect charge
A duplicate payment was taken
Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued for:
Partial subscription periods
Unused time on a subscription
Changes in personal circumstances
Dissatisfaction due to unmet personal goals or expectations
Failure to cancel before renewal
Nutrition outcomes vary by individual, and Fettle does not guarantee specific results.
7. App Store Purchases (Apple & Google)
If you purchase a subscription via:

Google Play Store
Refunds are governed by the app store’s own refund policies, not Fettle directly.
You must request refunds through the relevant platform:

Google: https://support.google.com/googleplay
Fettle cannot issue refunds for app-store-managed payments.
